First Union will give advice specifically in relation to your clients’ current finance requirement – with a guarantee that First Union will not cross-sell any other product or service. If your client requires any related Life or General Insurance, they will be referred to you to arrange, unless you confirm otherwise in writing. In the event your client should ever return directly to Black Book, or First Union, for any future requirements, you will receive your introduction fee as normal.
