Michael Clapper – CEO & LEAD Adviser
Formerly Founder & CEO at Enterprise Group – which was one of the UK’s largest mortgage & loan services providers to brokers & networks, and a Sunday Times ‘Fast Track 100’ business in 2007. Voted ‘Business Leader of The Year – Packager’ at the British Mortgage Awards in 2008. Highly successful track record in founding, running & selling multiple businesses across a range of sectors. Michael is Black Book’s lead advisor, and he holds the CeMAP accreditation.
Jo Dempsey – Chief Operating Officer
Formerly Chief Operating Officer at Enterprise Group, which was one of the UK’s largest mortgages & loans service providers to brokers & networks, and a Sunday Times ‘Fast Track 100’ business in 2007. Extensive experience managing operations, systems, risk & controls across multiple businesses.

David Bromley – Senior Adviser
David has over 30 years experience in the UK financial services industry. He has worked for both major banks and independent lenders and established and managed a global trade finance operation as its Managing Director. He now specialises in leveraging his background and contacts throughout the commercial finance market. David holds an MBA and BA accreditations.

Luke Crocker-Wilton – Senior Adviser
Prior to joining Black Book Finance, Luke spent 5 years as a Senior Broker at TMBC – a specialist BTL packager. With a superb technical knowledge, particularly of the Buy To Let sector, Luke is a proven expert at structuring solutions for any type of complex Buy to Let scenario. With a focus on service delivery for his introducers and clients, Luke has established a reputation for his stand-out expertise in the property finance sector. Luke holds the CeMAP accreditation.

Vilma Majithia – Mortgage Adviser
Vilma started out her career qualifying as a lawyer. On moving permanently to the UK, she entered into business management for the next 11 years, and then joined TSB as a Personal Banker, where in that time she gained the CeMAP accreditation with distinction. At Black Book, Vilma now specialises in the areas of residential and buy to let mortgages.
